Abstract
We report a case of endometrial stromal sarcoma with sex cord-like differentiation in a postmenopausal woman and discuss the differential diagnosis and treatment of this entity. Endometrial stromal sarcomas are heterogeneous neoplasms with multipotential differentiation. A uterine tumor resembling an ovarian sex cord tumor may pose diagnostic difficulties.
