Abstract
Congenital mesoblastic nephroma is the most common kidney tumor in neonates. We report a case of renal mass detected prenatally in a routine ultrasonographic examination, associated with polyhydramnios. Ultrasonographic features suggested mesoblastic nephroma. The diagnosis was confirmed by histopathological study.
