Abstract
Morbidity and mortality amongneonates of multiple pregnancies depends mainly on prematurity and therefore on pregnancy duration. Consequently, pregnancy follow-up should aim to achieve the longest duration possible. All multiple pregnancies are high-risk. However, triple and twin pregnancies have a similar prognosis when adjusted by gestational age.
