Abstract
Currently, the value of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of endometrial cancer and intracavity involvement is widely accepted. This study demonstrates the utility and validity of our morphological-hysteroscopic classification; the nomenclature described can be used to give a name to the malignancies diagnosed and even to hazard a prognosis related to their stage and grade of histological differentiation.
