Abstract
A high percentage of the patients underwent surgery without a correct diagnosis, frequently leading to incomplete surgery. This finding was more common in women diagnosed with clear cell carcinoma. As expected, most women with advanced-stage tumors died from the disease. Even in the early stages, this type of tumor is aggressive and has a poor prognosis.
