Abstract
Congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation of the lung is an infrequent anomaly that is frequently diagnosed by prenatal ultrasonography. Outcome varies from hydrops and fetal death to resolution after birth. The association of this entity with bilateral renal agenesis is rare. We report a recurrent case in a second pregnancy, which is an exceptional finding.
