Abstract
The model proposed by Nicolaides is suitable for our environment since deviations, which mainly occur in the extreme values of crown-rump length, can be explained by inadequate methodology in the performance of the measurements. Therefore, personalized references need not be prepared. Rather, the methodology should be improved.
