Abstract
A high level of suspicion is important in those cases of young women with bilateral and multiple masses, because unfortunately there is no reliable imaging pattern suggestive of leukemic infiltration of the breast. In addition to a histological study, a complete blood count should be performed at start up to speed up the diagnosis.
