Abstract
Due to the histological variability of sarcomatous tumors, differential diagnosis is paramount in malignant fibrous histiocytoma. Because of their clinical and radiological features, malignant fibrous histiocytoma can be overlooked. Because these tumors are aggressive, an early diagnosis is essential to allow appropriate treatment and to increase survival.
