Abstract
Metastases to uterus from breast cancer are rare, and in most of the cases the ovaries are also involved. Metastases from breast cancer to an endometrial polyp have been only described in 14 cases; therefore the prognosis and survival are uncertain. We described a case of metastasis from breast carcinoma to an endometrial polyp in a patient who received tamoxifen therapy, with a good outcome and disease-free at 5-years.
