Abstract
SummarySystems for closed-loop control of inspired oxygen have been developed to improve the maintenance of oxygenation targets in premature infants and reduce hyperoxemia, hypoxemia, and exposure to high inspired oxygen levels. This review describes some of the clinical studies that have evaluated the efficacy of these systems in oxygen targeting.
