Abstract
												Adjuvant radiotherapy (RT) has an important role in the management of infiltrating breast cancer, not only to improve local control but also overall survival. So, all attempt of de-escalation must be performed in the context of large prospective studies. However, RT could induce some complications and last 5 to 7 weeks. Three ways of RT de-escalation have been studied:
