Abstract
SummaryThalidomide is a complex immunomodulatory and antiangiogenic agent whose role in oncology practice is as yet not fully clear. We present an unusual case documenting the use of thalidomide in the concurrent management of recurrent aphthous ulceration and kaposi sarcoma in a patient with severe immmunosuppression.
