Abstract
For decreasing PTV-to-skin distance with this TPS, isodose conformality decreases, “hot spot” increases, and target coverage degrades. Surface dose is overestimated when voxel sizes greater than 2 mm3 are chosen, and underestimated for smaller voxels.
