Abstract
There are a variety of unusual breast lesions that may mimic cancer on physical examination and imaging. Although the optimal management of many of these lesions remains debated in the literature, the developing modality of magnetic resonance imaging continues to provide clues to delineate these benign lesions from breast cancer. This review article discusses some of the unusual benign breast lesions that we have encountered and recommends the appropriate diagnostic work-up and treatment options for patients with such lesions.
