Abstract
The CAIX mRNA expression in urine sediments can be considered a surrogate marker of CAIX expression in tumor tissues of urogenital origin. In particular, the analysis of FL% possesses the best characteristics to be a suitable noninvasive biomarker for urogenital cancer diagnosis.
