Abstract
In the case of young patients with bilateral central retinal vein occlusions, hematologic evaluation should be performed so as to detect APS. Prompt, effective treatment is necessary to prevent further retinal damage. Recurrent thrombotic events may jeopardize anatomic and functional prognosis.
