Abstract
Elevation of intraocular pressure is frequent a short time after an intravitreal injection. However, this complication is more often moderate and transient, and does not usually require an adapted treatment. The physiopathology remains unclear. To our knowledge the occurrence of acute angle-closure glaucoma following an intravitreal injection is exceptional.
