Abstract
When a low mesopic pupil dilates to ≥6.3 mm, pharmacological dilation with wavefront-guided ablation may provide no additional benefit with regard to spherical accuracy when compared with nonpharmacological wavefront-guided ablation. The use of the Rochester nomogram, which accounts for aberration interaction, provided excellent results with or without pharmacological dilation.
