Abstract
Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome in Chinese patients is characterized by early posterior uveitis, and if the syndrome is not controlled, subsequent recurrent granulomatous anterior uveitis. Good visual prognosis is possible if the patients are managed according to a tailored immunosuppressive treatment protocol.
