Abstract

Knee lateral extra-articular tenodesis (LET) can be combined with anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction with a goal of reducing anterolateral rotatory instability. Like double-bundle ACL reconstruction, LET combined with ACL reconstruction reduces pivot-shift, a subjective test, but results in no significant difference in clinical outcome.
