Abstract
SummaryDespite the belief that spinal tuberculosis is controlled, some issues of diagnosis and management have been neglected. This paper based on the author's large experience looks at the behaviour of tubercle bacilli and new diagnostic and therapeutic methods including medical and surgical procedures.
