Abstract
SummaryThe treatment of patello-femoral disorders despite over 80% of cases being successfully treated by non-operative methods is one of the most challenging problems for the orthopaedic surgeon.The understanding of the underlying pathology in each patient before embarking on a treatment plan is paramount.This review intends to clarify the patello-femoral pathophysiology, discusses management plan and describes different surgeries for patello-femoral disorders.
