Abstract
Giant cell tumour of the tendon sheath is a benign, solitary lesion, which is less common in foot than in hand. Recurrence is the most common complication after excision. We report a case of GCT-TS in the flexor tendon of the right big toe in 28 years old lady. The mass was excised widely with preservation of the flexor tendon. There was no recurrence after 6 months.
