Abstract
In traumatology of the sport, and particularly in traumatology of the ski, the lesions of the anterior cruciate ligament (LCA) is often associated with meniscal lesion and the surgery of reconstruction of the LCA is subject to discussion to a 48-years-old patient, especially when it must be associated with a meniscal resection. In case of a recurrence (10Â years after the 1st accident), the question of the utility to repair the LCA arises, in particular in the presence of a lesion of the femoral cartilage of 2Â cm2. This case report is going to review the different possibilities of treatment of the cartilage lesion, in particular the use of the Mayo Regen membran.
