Abstract
We report a case of the hamate associated to a hamatometacarpal dislocation in a 23-year-old karate man. Diagnosis was found in standard radiography, and mainly in oblique incidence with 20° pronation. The patient was operated by reduction and broche stabilization of the metacarpocarpal dislocation and the hamate fracture. We find good results after 1-year follow-up.
