Abstract
Snapping of the biceps femoris over the fibular head is an uncommon condition. Reported causes include an anomalous insertionof the tendon, trauma at the insertion site of the tendon, and an abnormality of the fibular head. This article reports two cases of a painful snapping biceps femoris tendon. Medical management resulted in a complete resolution of symtoms.
