Some imprecision may result, which caused us trouble in a young patient, this condition is no longer considered as preferentially affecting the aging person or athlete traumatized upper extremity. Substantial progress in first line medical imaging examinations are changing, which should guide the practitioner to better respect for maximum safety. Through the case of this young patient, we wanted to deal with a development of the syndrome thoracic outlet.
