Abstract
RésuméLa lombalgie est une affection fréquente chez les sportifs. Certains sports sont particulièrement pourvoyeurs ; la voile et la course au large en font partie. Peu de publications concernent ce sport. La physiopathologie de cette pratique en position assise explique la rétraction du muscle ilio-psoas. Celle-ci est source de douleurs et peut aussi prédisposer à l’arthrose.
Lumbar back pain is a common condition among athletes, some sports are particularly providers, sailing and ocean racing is one of them. Few publications are concerning this sport. The physiology of a sitting sport explains the retraction of the ilio-psoas muscle. This is a source of pain and can so predispose to the arthose.
