Abstract
Resection of primary spinal malignancies requires management that is distinct from metastatic or benign lesions to maximize the likelihood of cure. This article reviews the surgical considerations in en bloc spine resections in the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, with attention to specific techniques used in each location to achieve margin-free resection and reconstructions.
