Abstract
Biological glenoid resurfacing provides an alternative to conventional prosthetic glenoid components in young patients with end-stage arthritic shoulders. Although results have remained controversial in the peer-reviewed literature, successful clinical outcomes have been reported by several authors. Adherence to several critical technical steps can lead to the best possible clinical results.
