Abstract
The reamer irrigator aspirator is a new technique to harvest bone graft from the intramedullary canal of the femur or the tibia. The device allows harvest of large volumes of canellous bone. This article describes the technique in detail and refers to tips and tricks in the use of it. Possible side effects are discussed as well.
