Abstract
Computer Assisted Surgical Navigation is becoming a valuable aid to Total Knee Replacement. It is now possible to make bony cuts with unprecedented accuracy, but more importantly it is now possible to achieve much better soft tissue balancing. The results of clinical trials are confidently expected to show significant improvements in outcomes.
