Abstract
Congenital scoliosis is a spine deformity less frequent than idiopathic scoliosis in the Rehabilitation Services actually. The orthopedic management of this type of deformity has no change in the last years. We present a review of the associate pathology, prognosis and the orthopedic management of our treatment with cast reduction before thermoplastic corset. Surgery has change with different techniques and indications between the surgeons.
