Abstract
Insoles achieve an effective reduction of peak pressures values in the forefoot metatarsalgias, and in the heel in painful heels, with an increase of brake and propulsion forces and a significant improvement in the VAS. The differences obtained in the VAS after the use of insoles maintained different correlations in metatarsalgias and painful heels, in peak pressures changes and in ground reaction forces variations.
