Abstract
One of the tools used most in the measurement of care quality in the clinical management units of rehabilitation is the use of quality indicators. These should be measurable, acceptable, relevant and evidence-based objectives. Their purpose is to correctly identify problems or situations having potential improvement, as well as deviations from the standardized practice.
