Abstract
This article analyzes the introduction of the Critically Appraised Topic format in the clinical session in our service, detecting some mistakes and their solutions which have increased the quality of the clinical session. We continue to propose new challenges, such as the application of CASPe tools (Critically Appraisal Skills Programme) and the number needed to treat as an epidemiologic index, all of this within the clinical session improvement process.
