Abstract
Sacral fractures that involve lumbopelvic dissociation, have low frequency, and areassociated with high energy trauma and high rate of misdiagnosis or delayed diagnosis. We describe two cases of lumbopelvic dissociation, who were surgically treated with iliolumbarscrews.
