Abstract
Transient migrating osteoporosis is a rare, idiopathic and self-limiting disease. It is accompanied by migrating pain in the weight-bearing joints, as well as by diffuse periarticular radiographic osteopenia and a pattern of bone marrow edema seen on MRi. Treatment is conservative.
