Complex cases in shoulder surgery: What would you do?

Glenohumeral joint pathology presents a variety of challenges to the reconstructive shoulder surgeon. We present the following cases to illustrate fundamental concepts in the management of primary and revision shoulder conditions. For each case, surgical indications, treatment alternatives, emerging technologies, and relevant literature will be discussed.
