Abstract
SummaryOne of the main factors that make tinnitus treatment so difficult is the subjectivity of measuring methods and therapeutic monitoring. Database: Our aim, in this study, is to make a critical analysis of tinnitus measuring methods. Conclusion: There is no consensus about tinnitus measuring methods, causing criticism in the methodology used in many papers. In Brazil, the simplest methods are the most used.
