Abstract
SummaryA 14-year-old girl presented with a purely infrasellar adamantinomatous craniopharyngioma. Histologically benign, craniopharyngiomas occur predominantly extraaxially in the sellar and suprasellar regions; uniquely infrasellar craniopharyngiomas are extremely unusual. We discuss the embryology and treatment of this rare tumor.
