Abstract
SummaryA 12 years old female patient who had bilateral attico antral type of ear disease and intracranial complication was brought to tertiary care centre for further management. Initially patient had unilateral intracranial complications and later developed intracranial complications on the opposite side. Patient was first treated for neurological complications and later bilateral concurrent mastoidectomy was done to eradicate the source of infection and to prevent further complications due to bilateral ear disease. Patient recovered well and patient was free from any problem during follow up period of 1 year.Bilateral complications occurring simultaneously in a patient are not reported in the literature.
