Abstract
SummaryGiant cell reparative granuloma (GCRG) is a rare benign bone lesion which can show aggressive characteristics. It usually affects the mandible and maxilla in the head and neck region. This lesion, whose etiology is unknown, is seen in children and young adults, usually in women. In this study, a GCRG case which installed itself in a rarely seen location; the hard palate, is presented along with clinical, diagnostic, differential diagnostic, pathological, and treatment alternatives.
