Abstract
SummaryWe present the case of a newborn with a third branchial cleft anomaly resulting in respiratory distress. Arytenoid dislocation occurred as a post-intubation complication leading to dysphagia and stridor postoperatively, and all symptoms resolved after arytenoid relocation. A case report and literature reviewed was performed.
