Abstract

SummaryAn osteoma of the external auditory canal is an uncommon unilateral lesion that is often asymptomatic. The association of osteoma with cholesteatoma of the external auditory canal and middle ear cleft is very rare. Here a case of osteoma and cholesteatoma of the external auditory canal with invasion into the middle ear cleft and cerebellar abscess is reported for its rarity.
