Abstract
SummaryBurkitt's lymphoma (BL) is a high grade B cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma found predominantly in children. The non-endemic form of the disease rarely involves the paranasal sinuses. We present a case of BL which presented with all signs and symptoms of an orbital complication of sinusitis. Initial computerized tomographic (CT) scanning too suggested an orbital abscess. Nasal endoscopy and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed the extent of sinonasal and orbital involvement and helped clinch the diagnosis.
