Abstract
SummaryMorphea is a group of cutaneous conditions, also termed localised scleroderma, that is characterised by benign inflammation of the skin. We present a case of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma arising within a morphoeic plaque. We discuss our rationale for aggressive treatment.
