Abstract
SummaryCutaneous apocrine carcinoma (CAC) is a rare adnexal tumor. Its histological diagnosis criteria are not standardized, and it is difficult to distinguish apocrine carcinoma from metastasis of breast carcinoma. We report the case of a 60-year-old woman who suffered from scalp apocrine carcinoma that was first misdiagnosed as a cutaneous metastasis from breast adenocarcinoma.
