Abstract
SummarySix patients underwent reconstruction of soft tissue using a pedicled latissimus dorsi flap after tumour resection of the shoulder region. Successful flap healing was observed in all patients. One flap exhibited partial skin necrosis, which healed after conservative treatment. The pedicled latissimus dorsi flap is a safe, easy, and reliable technique for reconstruction of the shoulder region.
